Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve Replacement

1.Remove the intake manifold cover.

2.Remove the air intake boot.

3.Remove the throttle cable bracket.

4.Disconnect the hoses (A).

5.Remove the intake air bypass control thermal valve (B).

6.Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Set the angle as shown.
