HINT:
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (Click here).



1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH (for 4WD)

  1. Attach the claws to install the reinforcement extension.



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH (for 4WD)

  1. Attach the claws to install the reinforcement extension.



3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the reinforcement with the 4 nuts.

    Torque:
    67 N*m{ 683 kgf*cm , 49 ft.*lbf }



4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the retainer.

  1. Install the screw.



5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  1. Put protective tape under the front fender.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.

  1. Install the 9 clips.



7. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for 4WD)

  1. Install the engine side cover with the 3 bolts and 2 clips.



8. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for 4WD)

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH

  1. Install the fender liner with the 3 clips and screw.



10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Push the radiator grille in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration. Attach the 5 claws to install the radiator grille.

  1. Install the 2 screws and 2 clips.
