1. REMOVE QUICK HEATER AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY (w/ PTC Heater)

  1. Detach the 2 clamps.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and quick heater.



2. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the evaporator case from the blower case.

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cable.



3. REMOVE MODE CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the cable.



4. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the screw and heater radiator.



5. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE (w/ Air Conditioning)

  1. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

  1. Remove the cooler expansion valve and 2 O-rings from the cooler evaporator.



6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning)

  1. Remove the 4 screws.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

  1. Detach the cooler thermistor clamp.

  1. Remove the cooler thermistor and cooler evaporator from the case.



7. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/ Air Conditioning)

  1. Disconnect the cooler thermistor clamp from the cooler evaporator.
