1. INSTALL QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LH

  1. Install the weatherstrip LH.

  1. Install the 2 hinges with the 2 bushes, 2 retainers, 2 washers and 2 screws.

  1. Install the lock with the bush, retainer and screw.

  1. Install the glass with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m{ 50 kgf*cm , 44 in.*lbf }

  1. Install the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m{ 50 kgf*cm , 44 in.*lbf }



2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER UPPER LH

  1. Attach the 3 clips to install the garnish.



3. INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

  1. Attach the 2 clips to install the garnish.



4. INSTALL QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD LH

  1. Attach the claws and install the trim pocket to the trim board.

  1. Attach the 7 clips and 6 claws to install the trim board.



5. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH

  1. Attach the claws and install the trim pocket to the trim board.

6. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER LH

  1. Align the claws with the seat belt positioning holes and install the ELR of the seat belt with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf } for bolt A

    Torque:
    4.8 N*m{ 49 kgf*cm , 42 in.*lbf } for bolt B

  1. Install the bolt and close the cover as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

Do not disassemble the retractor.

  1. w/o Pretensioner single cab and extra cab:
    Align the claws with the seat belt positioning holes and install the ELR of the seat belt with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

  1. w/o Pretensioner Double cab:
    Align the claws with the seat belt positioning holes and install the ELR of the seat belt with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    4.8 N*m{ 49 kgf*cm , 42 in.*lbf }

    Install the bolt and seat belt.

    Torque:
    4.8 N*m{ 49 kgf*cm , 42 in.*lbf } for bolt A

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf } for bolt B

    Connect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.

    Install the anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:

  1. Close the cover.

    Install the anchor with the bolt.

  1. Install the cap.

    Install the quarter trim panel lower. Then install the seat belt floor anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

  1. Extra cab:
    Install the quarter inside trim board. Then install the seat belt floor anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }

  1. Double cab:
    Install the anchor of the seat belt with the built-in bolt after installing the center pillar garnish lower.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{ 428 kgf*cm , 31 ft.*lbf }



8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the seat in the cabin.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Attach the seatback's 2 hooks to the vehicle body.

  1. Install the seat with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    39 N*m{ 398 kgf*cm , 29 in.*lbf }



9. INSTALL BACK PANEL GARNISH LOWER

  1. Attach the 5 clips and 6 claws to install the garnish.



10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the seat cushion's 2 rear hooks to the vehicle body.

  1. Attach the seat cushion's front hook to the rear seat cushion lock hook. Then install the seat cushion.

  1. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.



11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



12. INSTALL BACK PANEL GARNISH UPPER

14. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  1. Attach the 4 clips and 8 claws to install the scuff plate.



15. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (Separate Seat Type)

  1. Install front seat assembly (Click here).

17. CHECK FOR LEAKS AND REPAIR
