METER GAUGE AND WARNING/INDICATOR LIGHT

Illuminates when receiving malfunction signal from ECM

Illuminates when receiving each door courtesy light switch signal

Blinks when driver's seat belt buckle switch is ON (unfastened)
BRAKE
Illuminates when receiving signal that parking brake switch is ON, brake fluid warning switch is ON, or vacuum warning switch is ON

Illuminates when receiving malfunction signal from skid control ECU with actuator

Illuminates when receiving "engine is too cold to start (glow heater is ON)" signal from ECM

Buzzer

Buzzer is ON when ignition switch is OFF, key is inserted and driver side door is open

Buzzer is ON when ignition switch is OFF, light control switch is set to TAIL or HEAD position, and driver side door is open
Seat Belt Reminder
Buzzer is ON when ignition switch is ON and seat belt is unfastened

COMBINATION METER HAS FOLLOWING FEATURES
  1. Built-in buzzer for the reminder system (light and key)

    1. Warning buzzer sounds when: 1) a key is in the ignition key cylinder, the ignition switch is OFF and the driver side door is open; and 2) the light control switch is set to the TAIL or HEAD position, the ignition switch is OFF and the driver side door is open.

  2. Odometer and trip meter knob

    1. Press and release the knob to scroll through trip "A", trip "B" and odometer figures.
    1. Press and hold the knob to reset the trip meter.

  3. Accessory meter assembly (multi-display)*

    1. The accessory meter (multi-display) provides the following information: 1) outside temperature; 2) average fuel consumption for a certain distance; 3) instantaneous fuel consumption; 4) average speed for a certain distance; 5) runnable distance with the remaining amount of fuel; 6) compass; 7) elapsed time since the ignition switch was turned ON; and 8) passenger seat belt unfastened warning by blinking the seat belt warning light.
    1. Press INFO to change display item.
    1. Press RESET to clear the stored data.
    1. Press H to adjust the hour of the clock.
    1. Press M to adjust the minutes of the clock.
    1. Press 00 to set the minutes to 00.
