INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SIDE)

  1. Disconnect the F12 belt connector.

  1. Measure the resistance of the belt.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    1 - 2
    		Seat belt is unfastened (ON)
    		Below 1 Ω
    1 - 2
    		Seat belt is fastened (OFF)
    		1 MΩ or higher



NG
REPLACE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (DRIVER SIDE)
OK


2.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (FRONT SEAT INNER BELT - COMBINATION METER AND BODY GROUND)

  1. Disconnect the F12 belt connector.

  1. Disconnect the C8 meter connector.

  1. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Specified Condition
    F12-1 - C8-11
    		Below 1 Ω
    F12-2 - Body ground
    		Below 1 Ω
