1. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG

Torque:
11 N*m{ 112 kgf*cm , 8 ft.*lbf }



2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT

  1. Install the bleeder plug cap to the bleeder plug.

  1. Install a new spring to the bleeder plug.

  1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to areas indicated by the arrows in the illustration.

  1. Install the piston to the cylinder body.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the inside of the cylinder body.

  1. Install the push rod to the boot.

  1. Install the boot (with push rod) to the cylinder body.
