1. INSTALL PEDAL SPRING HOOK (w/ Turn over)

  1. Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the hook.

  1. Install the hook.



2. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL TURN OVER BUSH (w/ Turn over)

  1. Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the bush.

  1. Install the bush.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

  1. Install the cushion to the clutch pedal.



4. INSTALL COLLAR

  1. Apply MP grease to both sides of a collar and 2 new bushes.

  1. Install the collar.

  1. Install the 2 bushes.



5. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the clutch pedal to the clutch pedal support.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{ 377 kgf*cm , 27 ft.*lbf }

    HINT:
    Install the bolt from the left side of the vehicle.

  1. w/ Turn over:
    Install the clutch pedal return spring.



6. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (w/ Turn over)

  1. Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the clutch pedal spring holder.

  1. Install the clutch pedal spring holder.



7. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (w/ Turn over)

  1. Install the spring.

  1. Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the clutch pedal.
