FRONT SUSPENSION UPPER ARM (for 2WD) > INSTALLATION

1. Temporarily install the upper arm with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
   

   HINT:

   Fix the nuts in place and temporarily install the bolts.

2. Install the upper arm to the front axle with a nut.
   

   Torque:

   110 N*m{ 1,122 kgf*cm , 81 ft.*lbf }

3. Install a new clip.
   

1. Install the sensor wire with the 2 bolts.
   

   Torque:

   29 N*m{ 296 kgf*cm , 21 ft.*lbf }

1. Install the front wheel.
   

   Torque:

   152 N*m{ 1,550 kgf*cm , 112 ft.*lbf } for steel wheel

   121 N*m{ 1,234 kgf*cm , 89 ft.*lbf } for aluminum wheel

1. Lower the vehicle.
   

2. Press down on the vehicle several times to stabilize the suspension.
   

1. Tighten the upper arm's 2 bolts.
   

   Torque:

   85 N*m{ 867 kgf*cm , 63 ft.*lbf }
