1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.



2. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the parking brake hole cover sub-assembly (Click here).



3. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the upper console panel sub-assembly (Click here).



4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the console box assembly (Click here).



5. REMOVE FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and clamp.

  1. Move the shift lever to L.

  1. Disconnect the transmission control cable.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts.

  1. Remove the floor shift.
