1. REMOVE REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET

  1. Remove the 2 nuts.

  1. Remove the bracket and valve set plate from the valve.



2. REMOVE LOAD SENSING VALVE BRACKET

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and 2 washers.

  1. Remove the bracket from the valve.



3. REMOVE LOAD SENSING SPRING ASSEMBLY

  1. Using pliers, remove the clip and spring from the valve body.



4. REMOVE NO. 1 AND NO. 2 SHACKLES

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and 2 plate washers.

  1. Remove the No. 1 shackle (with No. 2 shackle) from the spring.

  1. Loosen the lock nut.

  1. Remove the adjusting nut and No. 2 shackle from the No. 1 shackle.



5. REMOVE LOAD SENSING SPRING

  1. Remove the 4 bushes, 2 collars and 2 rubber plates from the spring.

  1. Remove the valve boot and spring boot from the spring.
