CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame and seat cushion frame may injure your hands.



1. INSTALL FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the stopper band with a new connecting wire.

    NOTICE:
    The connecting wire cannot be reused.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER

NOTICE:
  1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
  2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 4 new hog rings.

  1. Install the seat cushion cover (with pad) to the seat cushion frame.

  1. Close the zipper.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install 9 new hog rings.

  1. Install the 2 cushions with the 2 screws.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

NOTICE:
  1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
  2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with 4 new hog rings.

  1. Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback frame.

  1. Attach the 8 claws to install the 4 headrest supports.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install 21 new hog rings.



4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the seat cushion with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    19.5 N*m{ 199 kgf*cm , 14 ft.*lbf }



5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

  1. Attach the claw and install the cushion cover with the screw.



6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



7. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT LEG BRACKET FRONT LH

  1. Install the bracket with the washer and nut.

    Torque:
    14.5 N*m{ 148 kgf*cm , 11 ft.*lbf }



8. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT LEG BRACKET FRONT RH

  1. Install the bracket with the washer and nut.

    Torque:
    14.5 N*m{ 148 kgf*cm , 11 ft.*lbf }



9. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the 2 headrests.
