REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) > DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame and seat cushion frame may injure your hands.



1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 headrests.



2. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT LEG BRACKET FRONT LH

  1. Remove the nut, washer and bracket.



3. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT LEG BRACKET FRONT RH

  1. Remove the nut, washer and bracket.



4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Pull the cushion cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the claw. Then remove the cushion cover.



5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.



6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and seat cushion.



7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER

  1. Remove the 21 hog rings.

  1. Detach the 8 claws and remove the 4 headrest supports. Then remove the seatback cover (with pad) from the seatback frame.

  1. Remove the 4 hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.



8. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 cushions.

  1. Remove the 9 hog rings.

  1. Open the zippers and remove the seat cushion cover (with pad) from the seat cushion frame.

  1. Remove the 4 hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.



9. REMOVE FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the connecting wire and stopper band.

    NOTICE:
    The connecting wire cannot be reused.
