REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

		Removal steps
	1.	Accent panel
	2.	Instrument panel centre lower panel assembly (Refer to GROUP 52A, Instrument Panel ).
	·	Radio or radio with CD player <vehicles with radio or radio with CD player> (Refer to GROUP 54A, Radio or Radio with CD Player ).

	·	Instrument panel pad (passenger’s side) (Refer to GROUP 52A, Instrument panel ).
>>A<<	4.	Mode selection damper cable connection (Clip: green)
>>A<<	5.	Mode selection damper cable connection (Clip: blue)
	6.	Heater control panel assembly

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< MODE SELECTION DAMPER CABLE CONNECTION

1.Set the heater control panel assembly’s mode selection knob to the DEF position.

2.Set the mode selection damper lever as shown, and then secure the cable.
3.Secure the cable clip to the heater unit.

>>B<< AIR MIXING DAMPER CONTROL CABLE CONNECTION

1.Turn the heater control assembly’s temperature adjustment knob all the way to the HOT side.

2.Set the heater unit’s air mix door lever to the MAX HOT position (turn the damper lever as the above illustration) and attach the cable.
3.Set the mode locator to the heater unit case and secure with a clip.
