 Repair the defective connector.

(1)Disconnect the connector, and measure at the wiring harness side.
(2)Turn the ignition switch to the "ACC" position, and turn the tail lamp switch to
the "ON" position.

(3)Measure the voltage between terminal No.1 and body earth.
OK: System voltage

- Check the earth wire for open circuit.

front passenger’s Air Bag Module(s) and Clock Spring  ).

Replace the clock spring.

- Check the power supply lines open and short circuit.
