REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION


Pre-removal Operation
  • Rear hub assembly (Refer to GROUP 27, Rear Axle Hub Assembly ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Rear hub assembly (Refer to GROUP 27, Rear Axle Hub Assembly ).
  • Parking brake lever stroke check (Refer to GROUP 36, On-vehicle Service - Parking brake lever stroke check and adjustment ).




Removal steps

 Parking brake cable

 Rear wheel speed sensor

 Brake hose clamp


4.
 Bolt (securing the shock absorber assembly to the torsion axle arm assembly)

 Lower spring pad

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< COIL SPRING/UPPER SPRING PAD/LOWER SPRING PAD INSTALLATION
1.Fit the lower spring pad and the upper spring pad into the coil spring ends.
2.The end of the right and left coil springs should be position 90° anticlockwise away from the vehicle front direction.
