Pre-removal Operation

  • Air Cleaner Assembly Removal (Refer to ).

  • Fuel Delivery Pipe and Fuel Injector Assembly Removal (Refer to GROUP 13A, Injector ).

Post-installation Operation

caution Do not over-tighten. As the self-forming-type screw is used, the excessive torque can damage the inlet manifold threads.

>>B<<INLET MANIFOLF/INLET MANIFOLF STAY INSTALLATION


1.Install the inlet manifold and Inlet manifold stay temporarily tighten the mounting bolts.
2.
caution Check that the sealing surfaces of the inlet manifold and inlet manifold stay contact securely after temporary tightening.
Tighten the inlet manifold and Inlet manifold stay bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque : 18 ± 1 N·m
