1.When removing the quarter panel lower inner, it should be cut 180 mm behind from cut line
A (to avoid the filler tube) and along cut lines B.

2.When removing the quarter panel lower inner, cut the side sill outer reinforcement 70
mm forward from the rear end so that the quarter panel lower inner can be pulled out toward the
rear of the vehicle.

Hold the side sill outer reinforcement that was cut since it will be re-used.

|
1.When installing the new quarter panel lower inner, it should be cut along cut line A and
20 mm bigger than cut lines B by considering overlap welding.
|
|
2.Overlap the quarter panel lower inner from the vehicle outside with the vehicle body.
Carry out continuous welding along cut line A and plug welding along cut line B as shown.
