Brake Hose Replacement
NOTE:- Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle; it may damage the paint; if brake fluid gets on the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
- To prevent dripping, cover disconnected pipe joints with rags or shop towels.
- Before reassembling, check that all parts are free of dust and other foreign particles.
- Replace parts with new ones whenever specified to do so.
Removal
| 1. | Replace the brake hose (C) if the hose is twisted, cracked, or if it leaks.

| 2. | Release the cord clips, and remove the wheel sensor cord (B) from the brake hose mounting bracket A. |
| 3. | Disconnect the brake line from the brake hose joint (A) using a 10 mm flare-nut wrench (B).

| 4. | Remove the brake hose mounting bracket A from the body.

| 5. | Remove the brake hose mounting bracket from the brake hose joint (B). |
| 6. | Remove the banjo bolt (A), and disconnect the brake hose (B) from the caliper.

| 7. | Remove the brake hose from the damper bracket (C), and discard it. |
Installation
| 8. | Install the new brake hose (A) on the damper bracket (B) with the 8 mm flange bolt first.

| 9. | Connect the brake hose to the caliper with the banjo bolt (C) and new sealing washers (D). |
| 10. | Install the brake hose mounting bracket A on the brake hose joint (B) with the 8 mm flange bolt by aligning the pin (C) and hole (D).

| 11. | Install the brake hose mounting bracket A on the body with the 6 mm flange bolts. Do not twist the brake hose. |
| 12. | Connect the brake line (A) to the brake hose joint (B).

| 13. | Attach the wheel sensor cord (B) on the brake hose mounting bracket A with clips as shown.

| 14. | After installing the brake hose, bleed the brake system. |
