M/T Mainshaft Bearing and Oil Seal Replacement

Special Tools Required
Adjustable bearing puller, 25-40 mm (  07JAC-PH80100)
 

Bearing remover shaft (  07JAC-PH80200)
 Slide hammer (  07741-0010201)
 Driver (  07749-0010000)
 Attachment, 37 x 40 mm (  07746-0010200)
 Attachment, 52 x 55 mm (  07746-0010400)
 

1.	Remove the differencial assembly.

2.	Remove the ball bearing (A) from the clutch housing (B) using the special tool.   07JAC-PH8020007741-001020107JAC-PH80100BA

3.	Remove the oil seal (A) from the clutch side.   A

4.	Drive the new oil seal in from the transmission side using the special tools.   07749-001000007749-0010200

5.	Drive the new ball bearing (A) in from the transmission side using the special tools.   07749-001000007749-0010400
