CVT Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing Removal/Installation
Special Tools Required
Snap ring pliers ( 07LGC-0010100)
Handle driver ( 07749-0010000)
Oil seal driver attachment, 64 x 72 mm ( 07JAD-PN00100)
| 1. | Expand the snap ring of the driven pulley shaft bearing with the snap ring pliers, then remove the driven pulley shaft bearing with the special tools and a press.

| 2. | Expand the snap ring of the driven pulley shaft bearing with the snap ring pliers, then install the bearing part-way into the housing.

| 3. | Release the pliers, then push the bearing down into the housing until the snap ring snaps in place around it.

| 4. | After installing the bearing, verify that the snap ring are seated in the bearing and housing grooves, and that the ring and gap is 0-9 mm (0-0.35 in.)
