Rear License Trim Replacement

NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1.	Remove these items: Tailgate lower trim panel. Rear window wiper motor.

2.	From inside the tailgate, remove the bolts (A) securing the rear license trim (B).   CABFastener Locations: Bolt, 4AC: Clip, 2D: Clip, 4B6 x 1.0 mm 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.2 lbf·ft)BC

3.	From inside the tailgate, release the clips (C, D) while holding the rear license trim.

4.	Remove the rear license trim (A). Take care not to scratch the tailgate.   ABA

Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items: Replace any damaged clips. Do not roll up the lip (E) of the rear window rubber dam. If necessary for proper attachment, set a plastic plate between the lip and trim. Install the top edge of the trim while sliding a plastic plate sideward. Be careful not to cut the lip.
