Rocker Arm Assembly Removal (L12A/L13A)

Rocker Arm Assembly Removal

1.Remove the cylinder head cover.

2.Loosen the rocker arm adjusting screws (A).

3.Unscrew the rocker shaft mounting bolts two turns at a time, in sequence below.

4.Remove the rocker shaft mounting bolts, then remove the rocker arm assembly (A).

NOTE: When disassembling the rocker arms, remove the dowel pin (B), then remove the rocker arm from cam chain side on the rocker shaft.
