Timing Pulleys Removal

Special Tools Required

  • Crankshaft pulley fixing wrench 5-8840-7008-0
  • Remover fuel supply pump pulley 5-8840-7002-0

Crankshaft Pulley Removal

  1. Remove fastening bolt for the timing belt drive pulley-counter hold using the special tool (A) (5-8840-7008-0).

  1. Remove the crankshaft pulley (A) from the crankshaft using puller (B).

Oil Pump Pulley Removal

  1. Remove the fixing nut.
  1. Remove the oil pump pulley (A).

Idle Pulley Removal

  1. Remove the fixing bolt.

  1. Remove the idle pulley.
