Starter Reassembly
The reassembly manner is reverse procedure of the disassembly procedure.
- Apply grease to the following portions.
- Bearings of gear case, rear cover, centre bracket and pinion shaft.
- Mesh area on the reduction gear.
- Shift lever.
- Sliding portion on the pinion.
- Make sure without metals from inside yoke when reassembly the yoke.
- Refer to the tightening torque chart for tighten parts.
