Injector fixing tool 5-86751-052-0
Injector removal
- Remove the cylinder head cover and loosen bolts (A).
- Loosen bolts; bracket fixing (B).
- Loosen bolt; bracket fixing (C).
- Remove bracket (D).
- Remove retainer; injector (E).
- Remove injector assembly (F).
Injector installation
- Put the bracket (A) onto the bolt; carrier fixing (B).
- Insert the injectors (C) into the cylinder head.
- Fix the injector angle by the injector fixing tool.
- Put the retainer, injector (A) onto slit on the bracket (B).
- Put the bracket (C), apply engine oil to bolt (D) and tighten temporary.
Temporary tightening torque:
2 Nm (0.2 kgf/m, 1 lbf/ft)
