Installation

  • Cut and pry off the rear panel.
  • Check the rear pillar gutter lower position and check it for damage.
  • If necessary, replace the rear pillar gutter lower (see page 3-7)

  2. REAR GUTTER LOWER STIFFENER
  3. REAR PANEL
  4. REAR FLOOR
  5. JACK-UP STIFFENER
  6. REAR PILLAR GUTTER LOWER
  1. Set the new rear panel and check the body dimensions (see section 4).
  2. Tack weld the clamped position.
  3. Temporarily install the tailgate, taillight, rear bumper and check for differences in level and clearance. Check for operation of the tailgate.
  4. Do the main welding.
