Navigation System Symptom Troubleshooting - Voice control does not work/respond
  1. Check for continuity between navigation unit connector C terminal No. 8 and No 15 to No. 16, individually.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Replace the affected shielded harness.■
NO -
Substitute known-good components in this order until the problem goes away:■
  • Microphone
  • HFT unit
  • Navigation Unit
