DTC Troubleshooting: P0723 (9)
  1. Check for continuity between output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor connector terminal No. 2 and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair short to body ground in the wire between PCM connector terminal B38 and the output shaft (countershaft) speed sensor, then go to Step 33 .
NO -
Go to Step 22 .
  1. Connect PCM connector B (49P).
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
