DTC Troubleshooting: P0716 (15), P0717 (15)
  1. Check for continuity between PCM connector terminal B34 and input shaft (mainshaft) speed sensor connector terminal No. 3.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Go to Step 24 .
NO -
Repair open in the wire between PCM connector terminal B34 and the input shaft (mainshaft) speed sensor, then go to Step 35 .
  1. Connect PCM connector B (49P).
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
