Engine Mount Control System Troubleshooting

  1. Measure the voltage between engine mount control solenoid valve 2P connector terminals No. 1 and No. 2 with the engine at idle.
Is there battery voltage?
YES -
Go to Step 13 .
NO -
Repair open in the wire between ECM/PCM (C40) and the engine mount control solenoid valve 2P connector. If the wire is OK, update the ECM/PCM if it does not have the latest software, or substitute a known-good ECM/PCM, and recheck. If the engine mount control system works properly, and the ECM/PCM was updated, the troubleshooting is complete. If the ECM/PCM was substituted, replace the original ECM/PCM. ■
  1. Raise the engine speed above 1,000 rpm (min −1 ).
