DTC Troubleshooting: P0713 (28)
Measure the voltage between shift solenoid wire harness connector terminal No. 6 and body ground.
Is there about 5 V?
YES

Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
Jump the SCS line with the HDS.
Disconnect PCM connector B (44P).
