DTC Troubleshooting: P0404 (12)
  1. Check for continuity between ECM/PCM connector terminal B2 and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair short in the wire between the ECM/PCM (B2) and the EGR valve, then go to Step 26 .
NO -
Go to Step 13 .
