A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Valve A Replacement
Remove the intake air duct.
Disconnect the connector (B) from A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve A.
Remove the harness clamps (C) from the clamp brackets.
Remove the bolts (D) securing the ATF cooler inlet line (E).
Remove the mounting bolts and A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve A.
Remove the ATF pipe (F), the ATF joint pipes (G), the O-rings (H), and the gasket (I).
Clean the mounting surface and fluid passages of the transmission housing.
Install a new gasket on the transmission housing, and install the ATF pipe and the ATF joint pipes.
NOTE: Be sure to install a new gasket with the blue side toward the transmission housing.
Install new O-rings over the ATF joint pipes.
Install a new A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve A.
Secure the ATF cooler inlet line with the bolts.
Check the A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valve A connector for rust, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary, then connect the connector securely.
