DTC Troubleshooting: B2477
DTC B2477:
 Rear Suspension Stroke Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then back to ON (II).
  1. Wait for 10 seconds.
  1. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B2477 indicated?
YES -
Go to Step 5 .
NO -
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections between the headlight leveling control unit and the rear suspension stroke sensor.■
  1. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are DTCs B2476 and B2477 indicated?
YES -
Go to Step 6 .
NO -
Go to Step 15 .
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
  1. Disconnect the rear suspension stroke sensor 3P connector.
  1. Disconnect the headlight leveling control unit 16P connector.
  1. Connect the rear suspension stroke sensor 3P connector No. 1 terminal and body ground with a jumper wire.
