DTC Troubleshooting: 31-01
DTC 31-01:
 No Writing the Torque Sensor Neutral Position (Initial Diagnosis)
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
  1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
  1. Do the memorizing of the torque sensor neutral position.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
  1. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 31-01 indicated?
YES -
Replace the EPS control unit. ■
NO -
Troubleshooting is complete. If any other DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.■
