Power Window Rear Switch Test - Without All Power Windows AUTO UP/DOWN Function
Without all power windows AUTO UP/AUTO DOWN function
  1. Remove the rear window switch, and disconnect the 14P connector from the switch.
  1. Test the rear power window switch:
    • When the power is connected to the No. 2 terminal and ground is connected to the No. 14 terminal. There should be continuity between the No. 8 and No. 1 terminals.
    • When the power is connected to the No. 6 terminal and ground is connected to the No. 14 terminal. There should be continuity between the No. 8 and No. 7 terminals.
    • When the power is connected to the No. 8 terminal and ground is connected to the No. 14 terminal, then push the rear power window switch to DOWN. There should be continuity between the No. 8 and No. 1 terminals.
    • When the power is connected to the No. 8 terminal and ground is connected to the No. 14 terminal, then pull the rear power window switch to UP. There should be continuity between the No. 8 and No. 7 terminals.
  1. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
