Fuel Fill Door Replacement
  1. Close the fuel fill door (A) half way. While prying the hook (B) up with a trim tool, slide the fuel fill door forward to release the notches (C) in the fuel fill door from the hooks (D) of the hinge arm (E), then remove the fuel fill door.
  1. Install the door in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • If the hooks of the hinge arm are damaged or if there is loosening in the fuel fill door, replace the fuel fill door adapter with a new one.
    • Make sure the hooks are installed securely.
    • Make sure there is no gap between the fuel fill door and the hinge arm.
