If the spoiler (C) will be reinstalled, attach the spoiler spacer A, the spoiler spacers B, and the new double-sided adhesive tape (D) to the spoiler as shown:
Do not peel off the adhesive backing of the double-sided adhesive tape that attach to the bumper.
Be sure the convex portions (E) of the spacers toward bottom.
Be sure the spacers and the adhesive tape line up with the alignment marks (F).
Double-sided adhesive tape:
Thickness 1.2 mm (0.047 in.)
Width 10 mm (0.39 in.)
If the spoiler will be reinstalled, fold the edge of each adhesive backing from the double-sided adhesive tape before reinstalling the spoiler to the bumper.
Before installing the spoiler, clean the bumper surface with isopropyl alcohol where adhesive tape will be applied.
Set the spoiler to the bumper, and loosely install the bolts and the screws.
Carefully pull the adhesive backing away, and push the double-sided adhesive tape portions to make the adhesive stick securely.
