Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting - USB device does not function
  1. Check for continuity between body ground and USB adapter unit connector A (14P) according to the table.

Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair short in the wire between body ground and the USB adapter unit connector terminal No. 1, No. 11.■
NO -
Check the connection of the connector. If there is no abnormality, replace the audio unit with navigation system , without navigation system. ■
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
  1. Disconnect USB adapter unit connector A (14P) and the audio unit connector D (14P).
