Measure the voltage between the USB adapter unit connector A (14P) terminals No. 1 and No. 11.
Is there battery voltage?
YES

Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
Disconnect USB adapter unit connector A (14P) and the audio unit connector D (14P).
