Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting - Audio/navigation switch panel button illumination does not work (with navigation system)
With the headlight switch still on, measure the voltage between audio/navigation switch panel 24P connector terminal No. 23 and body ground.
Is there battery voltage?
YES

Check the connections at audio/navigation switch panel 24P connector. If all connections are OK,
substitute a known-good audio/navigation switch panel
, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away,
replace the original audio/navigation switch panel.

Repair open in the wire between the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box and the audio/navigation switch panel.■
