  1. Check for continuity between audio unit connector A (24P) and body ground according to the table.

Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair short to body ground in the wire(s) between the audio unit and speaker(s).■
NO -
Substitute a known-good audio unit, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original audio unit. ■
