Turn the target (A) carefully, and adjust the horizontal angle of the target pattern surface by aligning the right and left side plumb bobs (B) on a string (C).

NOTE: To make the adjustment correctly, align the plumbs so that each of them attached with tip of the plumb bob on a string.
