Fuel Tank Replacement
  1. Disconnect the fuel fill tubes (A) from the fuel fill pipe (B). Slide back the clamps, then twist the hose as you pull to avoid damaging them.
  1. Lift the vehicle, and support it with jackstands.
  1. Remove the hose (A) from the clamp (B).
  1. Disconnect the hose (A) from the EVAP two way valve (B).
  1. Remove the fuel tank protector (C).
  1. Place a jack or other support under the fuel tank (D).
  1. Remove the strap bolts (E) and straps (F).
  1. Remove the fuel tank.
  1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: When installing the fuel tank protector, make sure insert direction of clip (G).
