Crankshaft Pulley Removal and Installation

Removal
Remove the right front wheel.
Remove the splash shield.
Remove the drive belt.
Hold the pulley with the handle (A) and the crankshaft pulley holder (B).
Remove the bolt with a 19 x 90L socket (C) and a breaker bar, then remove the crankshaft pulley.
Installation
Clean the crankshaft pulley (A), the crankshaft (B), the bolt (C), and the washer (D). Lubricate with new engine oil as shown.
Install the crankshaft pulley, and hold the pulley with the handle (A) and the crankshaft pulley holder (B).
Tighten the bolt to 69 N·m (7.0 kgf·m, 51 lbf·ft) with a torque wrench and 19 x 90L socket (C). Do not use an impact wrench.
Tighten the pulley bolt an additional 90 °.
Install the drive belt.
Install the splash shield.
Install the right front wheel.
