Drain the engine coolant.

Remove the intake air duct.

Remove the heater hose (A) form the clamp.

Remove the heater hose (B) and water bypass hose (C).

Remove the heater outlet (A).

Install the heater outlet with a new gasket (B).

Install the other parts in the reverse order of removal.

Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system with the heater valve open.

Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
