Spare Tyre Pan/Rear Frame Removal

Construction
  • Remove the spare tyre pan and the rear floor side panel, and replace them.
  • If there is any damage to the rear frame, replace the rear frame C, and repair the rear upper frame B if possible.
Construction
  • Check the rear upper frame B, the rear frame B, and the rear floor cross-member position for damage. If necessary, replace them.
  • When replacing the rear upper frame B and the rear frame B, carefully remove the rear bulkhead lower cross-member and the rear upper frame C. Drill the spot weld joints (X) for the rear frame stiffener and the rear upper frame A.
