DTC Troubleshooting: B1130

DTC B1130:
 Front Passenger's Power Window Motor Pulse A Error
  1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then back to ON (II).
  1. Open and close the front passenger's power window by using the front passenger's power window switch manually.
  1. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC B1130 indicated?
YES -
Go to Step 5 .
NO -
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.■
  1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
  1. Disconnect the front passenger's power window motor 6P connector.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
  1. Measure the voltage between the front passenger's power window motor 6P connector No. 6 terminal and body ground.
Is there about 4.2 V?
YES -
Replace the front passenger's power window switch.■
NO -
Go to Step 9 .
  1. Disconnect the front passenger's power window switch 37P connector.

  1. Check for continuity between the front passenger's power window switch 37P connector No. 27 terminal and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair a short to ground in the wire.■
NO -
Repair an open in the wire.■
