F-CAN Communication Malfunction (Pocket Error of the Yaw Rate-Lateral Acceleration Sensor)

Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), then turn it to ON (II).

Watch the LKAS indicator.

Does the LKAS indicator come on?

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.■

|
Troubleshoot the indicated DTC(s).■

Is DTC 25, 26, or 104 indicated?

YES

Troubleshoot the indicated VSA system DTC(s).■

NO

|

Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
-
Disconnect the LKAS control unit 26P connector and the yaw rate-lateral acceleration sensor 4P connector.
-
Check for continuity between LKAS control unit 26P connector and the yaw rate-lateral acceleration sensor 4P connector terminals according to table.
